基于LabVIEW转子故障信号分析系统的开发

摘    要:针对旋转机械设备油膜涡动和油膜振荡故障的特征,基于LabVIEW的信号分析系统,对实现油膜涡动和油膜振荡故障信号进行分析处理。该系统可读取、存储多种类型数据格式,对振动信号进行频谱分析,HHT分析是提取信号特征信息用于旋转机械故障初步诊断。通过本系统,对"BENTILEY"实验台的油膜涡动、油膜振荡、转子质量不平衡和转子碰磨振动数据进行分析处理,验证系统的正确性和可靠性。

Abstract:In the light of failure feature of oil film vortex and oil film vibration of rotary machines,the article designs and develops LabVIEW-based signal analysis system to realize the analysis of failure signal of oil film vortex and vibration.The system can read and store a great number of data formats,making frequency spectrum analysis and HHT analysis on vibration signal,extracting information of signal features,and conduct preliminary diagnosis of failures of rotary machines.Through the analysis of oil film vortex,oil film vibration,rotor quality imbalance,and rotory collision vibration data,the article verifies the correctness and reliability of the system.
