某型发动机低压涡轮转子叶片动测技术及应用研究

摘    要:通过对某型发动机低压涡轮转子叶片在整机上进行动频、动应力测量(以下简称动测)的应用实例,介绍了一种较为成熟的测量方法.该方法根据叶片静频、振型、应力分布测量结果及叶片应力分布计算结果,来确定动测叶片的应变片粘贴位置.通过合理的发动机结构改装,实现了高温涡轮转子叶片台架振动、温度实测工作.试验结果表明,该技术具有实际应用价值,可以为同类测量提供参考.

Abstract:This paper introduced an instrumentation procedure for LP turbine blade vibration frequency and stress on engine test-bed. We measured the stress distribution of blade on an electrodynamic vibration generator and made cites and directions of stain gauges stuck on the test blades, and then we measured dynamic modal frequencies and vibration stress of the test blades, It showed that this method was valuable, and provided as a reference for similar test.
