GH4169合金抗盐雾-热暴露循环腐蚀性能试验研究

摘    要:通过盐雾-热暴露循环试验研究了GH4169合金的抗腐蚀性能。常温盐雾腐蚀试验按照GJB150.11-1986的要求进行,热暴露试验温度分别选择400、450、500、550、600和650℃,并将550和650℃下的试验结果与同温度下的高温氧化试验结果进行了对比分析。通过形貌观察、质量变化的比较、元素成分的测定等一系列宏观、微观分析,探究了GH4169合金的腐蚀机理。研究结果表明:GH4169合金在上述热暴露温度下均发生了腐蚀,但程度有所差异,呈现出随热暴露温度的升高,腐蚀加剧的趋势。

Experimental Investigation of Corrosion Resistance Performance for GH4169 Alloy Under Salt Spray and Heat Exposure Cycle

Abstract:The corrosion resistance peoCormance of GH4169 alloy was investigated by salt spray and heat exposure cycle test. Salt spray corrosion test was peoformed at ambient temperature according to GJB 150.11-1986. Heat exposure test were respectively conduct at 400, 450, 500, 550, 600 and 650%'. The results at 550 and 650℃ were compared with the results of oxidative test at the same temperature. The GH4169 alloy corrosion mechanism was explored by series of macro and micro analysis such as images observation, comparison of weight changing and measurement of compositions. The results show that GH4169 alloy is corroded under all heat exposure temperature, but the corrosion level is different. The higher the heat exposure temperature is, the more serious the corrosion is.
