钛合金焊接结构在先进飞机中的应用及发展

摘    要:钛合金具有密度低、比强度高、抗腐蚀性能优异等一系列特点,是先进飞机制造中重要的结构材料.钛合金焊接技术在现代飞机制造工程中占有重要的地位,是一种特殊的制造工艺技术.本文重点论述了钛合金焊接的主要特点及存在问题,同时论述了美国及俄罗斯钛合金焊接结构在先进飞机制造工程中的应用现状与发展.

Abstract:The titanium alloy, as an important structure material during the manufacture of advanced aircraft, provided the light density,high specific intensity and excellent resistance to corrosion. Welding of titanium alloy is a special manufacture technology and occupy an important position on the manufacture of advanced aircraft. In this article the main characteristic and problem of titanium alloy welding was discussed. Meanwhile the application and development of titanium alloy weldstructure in America and Russia on aircraft manufacture was discussed.
