企业ERP项目实施风险评价神经网络模型

摘    要:目的确立ERP项目实施风险评价指标体系。通过对以往风险评价方法分析,建立模糊神经网络风险评价模型。方法该评价模型分为模糊量化模块和模糊神经网络(FNN)模块,并可根据实际问题进行具体调节,克服了神经网络完全黑箱操作的缺点。结果模糊神经网络风险评价模型可以评价ERP项目实施各阶段风险大小,而且预测误差小。结论该评价模型不仅可用于评价企业ERP实施风险,也可用于风险管理预警。

Abstract:Objective: Confirming ERP executive risk appraisal index system via analysis on the formerly risk assessment approaches to establish fuzzy neural network risk appraisal model. Approach: The risk appraisal model could be divided into fuzzy quantification module and fuzzy neural network (FNN) and could be concretely adjust in accordance with practical problems, overcame demerits of neural network's invisible performance. Outcome: Fuzzy neural network appraisal model could assess ERP's risk at various stages with minimum residual. Conclusion: The appraisal model could not only be used in assessing enterprise's ERP executive risk, yet also in risk management early warning.
