摘    要:金属切削毛刺是切削加工中产生的常见现象之一。本研究以金属切削实验为基础 ,对二维精密切削中切削方向毛刺的形成过程、主要影响因素及其变化规律进行了系统的实验研究和相应的理论分析 ,结果表明 :( 1 )切削方向毛刺形成过程为正常切削、挠曲变形、弹性效应、继续切削和剪切断裂分离 ;( 2 )发现了切削方向毛刺形成过程中的切屑与工件表面剪切断裂分离的特殊现象 ;( 3)切削方向毛刺尺寸和形态随着切削条件和刀具几何参数的变化而变化。

Abstract:The cutting burr is one of the common phenomena occurring in metal cutting. In this paper, the forming processes, main effect factors and change law of the cutting direction burr in orthogonal cutting have been studied and related theories are analyzed based on the cutting experiments. The result shows that: (1) the forming processes of cutting direction burr consist of normal cutting, flexure deformation of end surface of workpiece, plastic effect, continuous cutting and shear break separating in orthogonal cutting; (2) a new phenomenon is found that cutting direction burr is formed with the shear break separation of the chip and workpiece machined surfaces; (3) the size of cutting direction burr varies with workpiece materials, cutting parameters and geometric parameters of the cutting tool.
