摘    要:针对含硼富燃料推进剂低压燃烧的凝相反应和气相燃烧具有气相反应在燃面上的惰性“沉积层”中进行、气相放热主要由AP与HTPB分解产物的扩散燃烧产生的特点,以BDP模型为基础,建立了含硼富燃料推进剂低压燃烧模型,分析了“沉积层”对气相燃烧的影响。结果分析认为,“沉积层”的存在是含硼富燃料推进剂能在较低压强下维持稳定燃烧,并具有较高燃速和压强指数的主要原因。燃烧模型实质是对BDP模型的拓展,利用该模型定性解释了含硼富燃料推进剂低压下特有的燃烧现象。

Abstract:Aiming at the characterist ics of condensed phase reaction and gaseous phase combustion of boron-based fue l-rich propellant at low pressure,for example,gaseous phase reaction occurs in the sedimentary deposit of burning area,and heat release in gaseous phase reacti on mainly comes from the diffusion combustion of decomposed product of AP and HT PB,the combustion model of the boron-based fuel-rich propellant at low pressur e was established on the basis of BDP combustion model.The effect of sedimentar y deposit on gaseous phase combustion was analyzed.The results show that the re ason why the boron-based fuel-rich propellant at low pressure keeps stable com bustion with high burning rate and high pressure exponent is existence of sedime ntary deposit;in essence,the combustion model is from continuation of BDP model.The special combustion phenomenon of boron-based fuel-rich propellant at low pressure was qualitatively explained by using the combustion model.
