| 摘 要： | 财务战略是企业战略的隶属部分 ,在企业战略中居于核心地位。EVA及现金流量与资本联系紧密 ,反映了企业创造的价值和资金的运转状况 ,两者已经成为衡量企业绩效的最重要指标。结合EVA和现金流量在财务管理中的作用 ,运用财务状况四分图区分企业所处的财务状况 ,为处于不同财务状况的企业提供相匹配的财务战略。

| Abstract: | Financing strategy is a part of business strategy and possesses the core status.Both EVA and cash flow are highly associated with capital,they reflect the business-creating value and operating condition of capital respectively.They both have become the key index to measure the achievement of business.Contacted with the functions of EVA and cash flow in finance management, this paper differentiates the business financial condition by means of four-quadrant chart financial condition, and provides the matched financial strategy to every kind of enterprises in different financial conditions. |
