固体火箭发动机碳纤维复合材料壳体补强技术探讨

摘    要:在提出固体火箭发动机碳纤维复合材料壳体水压破坏形式以及探讨其破坏原因的基础上,分析了壳体内部及搭接处应力集中区的形成,探讨了封头处不同材料搭接时,其刚度对应力传递的影响。最后,总结并提出了国内众多科研院所在碳纤维复合壳体前后封头补强这一领域的现状和研究进展。

Abstract:This study introduces the failure modes and factors of carbon fiber composited shell in solid rocket motor.Then it analyses the forming of stress convergence areas in vessel domes and the influences on the stress transferring,which due to the different toughness by different kinds of materials.Finally,the paper concludes the present situation and the research progress of compensation technology in domestic universities and institutes.
