HPLC测定饮料中山梨酸不确定度评定

摘    要:依据JJF1059-1999<测量不确定度评定与表达>的原理和方法,分析了饮料中山梨酸的不确定度与影响不确定度的因素;计算出饮料中山梨酸测定值的相对扩展不确定度,HPLC测定饮料中山梨酸的相对扩展不确定度为2%.

Abstract:Accordng to the method and principle of JJF1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty of Measurement,the uncertainty of sorbic acid in beverage and factors that effect the uncertainty are analysed;and the relative expanded uncertainty of measurement of sobic acid in beverage is calculated,the result is 2%.
