补偿器接头内高压成型数值仿真

摘    要:针对运载火箭增压输送系统补偿器接头结构和内高压成型工艺的特点,在建立模型的基础上,用LS-DYNA动态显式有限元程序对不同加载路径的成型结果进行仿真,研究了轴向进给量和进给内压等工艺参数对接头成型的影响。分析结果表明,采用数值仿真法可预测成型中可能出现的问题,确定最佳加载路径,获得有效的轴向补料量与内压值。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of joint structure and hydroforming technique for the compensator in the pressurization system of launch vehicle,the hydroforming results for various load paths were simulated by the LS-DYNA based on the finite model established.The effect of technique parameters such as supply and inner pressure was analyzed.The results showed that the simulation method could be used to predict the possible problems in shape forming and determine the optimal load path for gaining effective axial feeding and inner pressure in hydroforming.
