摘    要:为了研究剪刀式旋翼的气动特性 ,在 2m直升机旋翼模型试验台上进行了试验研究。试验中采用了新研制的高精度旋翼天平和扭矩天平测量系统以及动态数据采集和处理系统 ,以确保试验结果的可靠性。作为对比 ,笔者首先针对普通尾桨进行了试验 ,给出了旋翼拉力和扭矩随总距角变化的试验结果。然后 ,着重进行了剪刀式旋翼的试验 ,测量了旋翼的拉力和扭矩随不同的剪刀角的变化 ,并对不同旋翼间距对旋翼拉力和扭矩的影响进行了对比。结果表明 ,剪刀式旋翼的剪刀角和旋翼间距影响尾桨拉力大小 ,但对扭矩的影响不大。

Abstract:Experiments were conducted on a 2m helicopter model rotor test rig to investigate the aerodynamic characteristics of a scissors rotor. The measurement system with the high accuracy rotor balance and torque balance and the data acquisition and processing system were employed in the experiments. The experiments on the thrust and torque of the conventional rotor were firstly carried out for comparison purposes. Then, the scissors rotor was investigated emphatically. The rotor thrust and torque for several scissors angles and two different rotor vertical separation were measured, and the effects of the scissors angle and vertical separation on the rotor performance were analyzed. The experimental results have shown that the scissors angles and rotor vertical separation have effects on rotor thrust but little effects on torque.
