用比对法检定真空计装置

Apparatus calibrating vacuum gauge by comparison method

This paper mainly introduces a standard apparatus of vacuum gauge calibrated by comparison method. The principle of the standard apparatus is joining a standard container and certain vacuum gauge together, direct compar-ison of measuring result by secondary standard vacuum gauge and calibrated vac-uum gauge measuring the same pressure in the standard container at same time.The apparatus is a secondary vacuum standard which is simple in structure,easy to operate, efficient in calibration and very practical. Its main technical specifica-tion fully conform to ISO and national standards. This vacuum standard appara-tus is suitable for a lot of routine calibration in the second-level stations and some basic units. The article also discusses the requirements and the result expression and the notices in using process of standard apparatus.
