| Abstract: | The Daodejing （which is called Lao zi） or Five Thousand, is not only a profound philosophical work, also an important book on the principles of leadership, which expounds his understanding and comprehension of nature and human society, and contains rich art of leadership. In modem times, leaders should absorb the thoughts from the work of Lao zi The Daodejing, which is known for its laissez - faire, self - know- ing, self- respect, and modesty, etc, pay attention to cultivate one ＇s morality, and try to improve the art of leadership, in order to make it and make a great difference. |
