飞机蓄压油箱胶囊橡胶材料应用研究

某系列飞机蓄压油箱作为零负载荷下正常向发动机供油的重要零件,针对该橡胶零件难以达到全寿命期的问题,我们进行了该胶囊橡胶材料应用的研究。本文通过对蓄压油箱胶囊橡胶材料应用的研究,包括橡胶材料的配方确定,与原模具的匹配、寿命试验。完成了飞机蓄压油箱胶囊橡胶材料在生产中的应用,得到了符合设计寿命要求的零件,对其他橡胶材料的应用有一定的参考作用。

Research and Application on Aircraft Pressure Oil Capsule＇s Rubber Material

A series aircraft＇s accumulator tank as zero load under normal to the important parts of engine fuel supply, to meet the whole life period of the rubber parts, we conducted the rubber materials applied research. In this paper, through research on the application of the accumulator tank rubber materials, including rubber formula determining, and the original mold matching, life test. Completed the aircraft capsule accumulator tank rubber material in the production, the application of obtained conform to the requirements of the design life of the parts, the application of other rubber material has the certain reference function.
