| 摘 要： | 以开放经济与贸易的理论模型为基础,对工资差距、失业和环境污染等问题进行综合考量.认为要素禀赋（如非熟练劳动力的数量、熟练劳动力的数量）和相关变量（如城市工业部门的固定工资、对进口工业品的关税政策）的变化会对工资差距、失业和环境产生十分复杂的影响.文章对这些影响进行了系统的理论分析,为制订解决这些问题的经济政策提供理论观点和参考意见.

| Abstract: | This paper presents a theoretical model to do unified research for Wage gap, unemployment and environmental pollution issues. We hold the view that the change of factor endowments （such as the quantity of non - skilled labors and skilled labors） an well as related variables （ such as the fixed wage of urban industrial sectors, tariff policy for imported industrial products） would have complex effects on Wage gap, unemployment and environment problems. This paper affords systematic theoretical analysis to these effects thus provides theoretical perspective and reference for formulating economic policies that address these problems. |
