摘    要:对某发动机上的空气雾化喷嘴进行了实验研究, 以探讨燃烧室压力对空气雾化喷嘴性能的影响。实践证实本文研究结果对高压下空气雾化喷嘴的设计做了有益的探索。

Abstract:Three different air blast atomizers have been developed for an aeroengine and investigated experimentally.The dropsize of the spray was characterized by light diffraction analysis and laser sheet visualization.The influence of the ambient pressure on the dropsize was measured in the pressure range from 100kPa to 600kPa.The effects of combustion chamber pressure on the spray performance of the air blast atomizers have been studied experimentally.This paper offers a useful approach to construction design of the air blast atomizer at high combustion chamber pressure.
