摘    要:针对导弹舱内仪器快速更换的需求,从接口设计、轻量化设计、安全性设计、人机工程角度出发,提出一种导弹舱体内仪器可换支架一体化结构。通过仿真分析和试验验证,试验结果与仿真数据基本吻合。该支架克服了操作空间狭窄和大尺寸开口壳体强度减弱的难点,有效提高了仪器更换的操作效率,对后续弹体结构设计具有良好的指导作用。

Abstract:In order to satisfy the demand of the quick replacement of instruments , an integrated structure of replaceable bracket in the missile cabins is proposed, considering the interface design、lightweight design、safety design、man-machine engineering techniques. The experimental results are basically consistent with the simulation data. Consequently, the difficulties of narrow operating space and weakened strength of large windows is overcomed through the integrated bracket, and the efficiency of instrument replacement is improved, which has a good guidance for subsequent missile structure design.
