立式金属罐容量变形分析及有限元计算

摘    要:在深入研究立式罐结构特点的基础上,将罐体划分为若干类型,运用有限元模拟计算的方法对罐体在液态介质装载过程中的受力响应情况进行了分析。根据容量计量技术原理,计算了罐体因受力变形而形成的容量数值变化,并识别了其中较为重要的影响因素。通过现场试验验证的方法证明了分析及计算结果的准确性。提出在进行容量计量工作时,应充分考虑罐体结构、荷载分布和地基基础等影响因素所形成的应力变化,在实际工作中应根据技术要求予以修正。

Abstract:The vertical metal tank is divided into several parts according to the structural characteristics.The stress response of the tank in the process of liquid loading is analyzed by finite element calculation.The volume change caused by the deformation of the tank is calculated according to the principle of capacity measurement,and the reason of its change has been identified.Meanwhile,the veracity of the analysis and the result has been proved through tests on site.In practical work,the surveyor should consider the influence of factors such as tank structure,load distribution and foundation,and revise the result in the process of calculation.
