教师教学质量评估准确性影响因素分析

教学质量是高校发展的生命线，教师教学质量评估在高校教学管理中起着至关重要的作用，通过科学地评估教师教学的质量和效果，建立一个科学的、行之有效的教学质量评估系统，及时了解教师教学情况和学习动态，为改进教学中存在的问题提供了有利的、直接的科学依据。而评估结果的准确性又是确保评估工作是否成功的关键，为保证评估结果的真实可信，通过多方面采集评价信息，经过多年教学质量评估工作的运行，在实际教学中起到了积极的促进作用。通过分析我院多年使用的教学质量评估指标体系及影响其评估结果准确性的因素，提出了提高教学质量评估准确性的具体对策。

Analysis on the influencing factor of accurate teaching quality assessment

Teaching quality is the life line in university development,and the assessment of teaching quality takes an important part in the teaching management. By assessing the teaching quality and effect, we set up a scientific and effective assessing system to find out the teaching situation and studying behavior, which founds a scientific solving basis to the teaching problem. The accuracy is a key factor so that our university teaching management department gathers more information to continue the object and get the accurate result. In this thesis, by analyzing the assessing index system of the teaching quality and influencing factor of assessing results, we put forward some concrete policies for the accurate assessing quality.
