热振联合试验控制技术研究

摘    要:在热振联合试验中,温度和振动的控制和测量是最主要的技术难点。讨论了采用热流作为加热控制方式,采用红外点温仪作为温度测量手段的可行性;同时提出采用多普勒激光测振技术控制和测量热环境下的振动参数。通过试验验证和结果分析得出,在热振联合试验中采用多普勒激光测振仪是可行的。

Abstract:In thermal-vibration test, measurement and control temperature and vibration is very important. In this paper, the rationality of use heat flow sensor to control the hot system is discussed, and use no-contact infrared thermometer to measurement the temperature. Putting forward use laser doppler vibration measurement technology measurement and control vibration parameter in thermal environment. Through thermal test verification and interpretation of result, we can conclude that using laser doppler vibration measurement technology in thermal-vibration test is rationality
