液体碳氢燃料超燃冲压发动机支板凹槽稳焰技术试验

摘    要:液态碳氢燃料点火、稳焰技术是超燃冲压发动机的关键技术之一,是发动机获得推力性能的先决条件。采用直连试验手段,对支板凹槽组合稳焰技术进行了研究,比较了不同燃料喷注方式和不同支板凹槽组合方式对点火、稳定燃烧的影响。结果表明支板喷射与支板凹槽组合稳焰的燃烧组织方式,可以实现在低飞行马赫数范围(Ma0=4~5)液体碳氢燃料的可靠点火与稳定燃烧,并获得较好的燃烧性能。

Abstract:The basic of scramjet propulsion,steady combustion is one of the key technologies in liquid hydrocarbon fueled scramjet.Experimental investigations on the flame stability were conducted using direct-connected test model combustor.Various fuel injection modes and strut-cavity flameholder schemes were investigated in the test.Results showed that the kerosene was ignited successfully and stable combustion was sustained at low flight Mach number(Ma0=4~5) conditions.
