直升机桨叶运动参数监测仪设计

摘    要:利用激光相位—三角测距原理,设计了直升机桨叶桨距、摆振角、挥舞角和同锥度等运动参数的现场监测仪;给出了硬件结构图和关键电路设计;详细设计了主控单片机、SD卡以及USB之间的接口电路;在细致分析采样数据特点和监测要求的基础上,对激光位移传感器进行了选型。

Abstract:According to the laser phase and triangulation principle, the field monitor was designed for monitoring motion parameters about helicopter blade such as pitch, shimmy angle, flap angle, same taper and so on. The hardware structure diagram and key circuit design were given. The interface circuit connecting main control single-chip microcomputer, SD card and USB was designed in detail. Laser displacement sensor was selected based on analyzing sampling data characteristic and monitoring requirements.
