| 摘 要： | 系统地介绍了基于仿真的跑道容量评估系统的基本设计与功能，就塔台工作流程进行了详细定义。对仿真过程中最后进近时间的计算提出了简化方法，归纳了仿真中需要的随机变量，就其分布与取值进行了探讨，有效解决了任意比例航班计划下的仿真评估。系统仿真结果表明，通过制定具体的评估策略，该系统可以对各种条件的跑道进行容量评估，并能取得可信的结果。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the basic design and function of the evaluation system of runway capability based on simulation and defines the procedure of tower control. It simplifies the method to calculate the final approach time, sums up the random factors and their distribution in the procedures. This solves the problem of arbitrary flight plan in the simulation evaluation. The result shows that the system can be used to all kinds of runway in capability evaluation and obtains a reliable result by applying a practical evaluation strategy. |
