工作过程导向的高职专业人才培养方案开发方法研究与实践

构建人才培养模式的关键问题，实际上是为受教育者构建什么样的知识、能力和素质结构，以及怎样实现这种结构的方式问题。人才培养模式的核心是人才培养方案。本文剖析了人才培养模式与人才培养方案制定的内在关系，提出了工作过程导向的高职专业人才培养方案的开发方法，为科学合理地制定高职专业人才培养方案提供了可遵循的思路与方法。

Methods and practices based on Work Process Guided Professional Talent Training Program for Higher Vocational Education

To build a mode of talent training, the key factor is how to build the knowledge,abilities and qualities for the people who receive education. The core of talent training mode of how to achieve such a structure is the talent training program. In this article the author first has an analysis on the internal relationship between the training mode and program, and then puts forward the development methods of professional talent training program based on guidance of work process. This also provides thoughts and methods for rationally developing professional talent training programs.
