| Abstract: | The establishment and practice of the teaching mode of Intemet-based college Eng-lish listening with the notion of Caliber-oriented Education to Success has greatly improved the stu-dents＇ listening comprehension. Meanwhile, the non-specialized caliber of the students such as selfplanning, self-control and persisting in learning has also been forged. This article analyzes the establishment of the mode and discloses its implementation and consequences. |
