| 摘 要： | 企业承担信息告诉义务是信息使用者及时得到真实、可靠、充分的相关信息的保证 ,对社会经济有效运行和社会秩序稳定有重大意义。作者具体分析了我国企业信息告诉义务的法律规定 ,并提出进一步完善建议 ,以遏制正在我国恶性蔓延的企业信息欺诈。
