| 摘 要： | 工程训练在人才培养过程中所起的作用是其他的理论课程无法取代的.指导教师在工程训练中有十分重要的作用.加强这支队伍的建设对提高教学质量,促进课程的深化改革十分必要.本文就如何提高指导教师素质的相关问题提出了自己的看法和意见.

| Abstract: | The role of engineering training in the course of training personnel can't be replaced by the other theory curriculum. The supervisors possess very important effect on engineering training. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of the teachers for improving education quality and impelling deep reformation of curriculum. The author of the article puts forward his points and advice on how to improve the quality of supervisors as well as the other problems. |
