体现裕度定制思想的轴流压气机二维特性预估方法

摘    要:为实施裕度定制,本文开发了能够体现裕度定制思想的轴流压气机二维特性预估方法。精细考虑了前后缘形状、最大弯度位置等,尤其是通过考虑叶片力而全面包含掠影响是本方法的重要特色。为初步验证本方法,对NASA37和NASA67转子进行了性能预估并与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明,本方法基本可靠,可以用于裕度定制目的。

Abstract:To implement stall margin customizing,two-dimensional performance prediction method of axial compressor for stall margin customizing was developed.It considered the configurations of leading and trailing edges and the position of maximum camber precisely.The specially included influence of total sweeping through considering blade force is the most important characteristic.What's more,to validate the veracity of the method,we took examples for NASA rotor 37 and rotor 67 and contrasted the pre-estimated performance with the corresponding experimental results.As a result,the method is reliable basically and can be used to implement stall margin customizing.
