| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of effect for rotation performance of stepping motor in low-speed scan, me measurement of the rotation stability by optical encoder and its evaluation criterion were presented in this paper, The factors of stepping pitch angle, inertial loading and micro stepping pitch driving to affect the rotation stability of stepping motor under different conditions were discussed at last. |
