大型发动机转子本机平衡技术试验研究

摘    要:在没有高速动平衡机的情况下,对大型航空发动机风扇转子进行平衡,需要采用叶片质量矩优化排序来完成初始平衡,之后在试车台进行本机平衡的方法。分析了某大型发动机在试车中的本机平衡过程,认为在发动机没有发生碰摩等故障,且整机振动未危及安全的情况下,本机平衡转速应尽可能提高。以发动机叶片监测系统所测磁钢信号为基准,利用1次试加配重,通过振动相位和幅值的变化,来确定转子原始不平衡量的大小和方向。试验结果表明,利用该方法进行平衡后,发动机整机振动明显减小,符合发动机试车的要求。

Investigation of the balanced technique for large Aeroengine Rotor

Abstract:With no high speed dynamic balancing machine,the large aeroengine fan rotors were balanced adopting optimization sequences of the mass moment of rotors to achieve the initial balance,and then the local balancing on the test-bed was conducted.The local balancing process of a large aeroengine during the test was analyzed,and the speed of local balancing should be as high as possible in the case of no rubbing or any other failures and the overall vibration does not influenced the safety.The size and direction of the initial blades unbalance were determined by the variation of vibration phase and amplitude adding weight based on the magnet steel signal by measuring of the aeroengine blades monitoring system.The results of the test indicate that the overall vibration level is decreased obviously after balance by using this method,and is satisfied the requirements.
