| 摘 要： | 信息产业作为具有战略地位的新兴产业之一,在国民经济中发挥的作用不仅重大,而且深远,体现在产业结构升级、人力资本增加以及就业模式转变等诸多方面。为了科学地测度信息产业发展对河北省就业的影响程度,本文以2002~2007年间的投入产出核算资料为主要依据,深入剖析了河北省信息产业在就业领域存在的问题,并为有关部门制定科学的产业发展规划及就业政策提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | As a strategic emergent industry,the information industry is playing an important as well as profound role in the whole economy,with deeper impact on the up-grading of industry structure,the accumulation of human capital,and the changing of employment patterns.To scientifically measure the impact of information industry on employment in Hebei province,the paper analyzes relative problems in employment area,mainly based on the input-output charts ranging from 2002 to 2007,and then offers references for making industrial development programs and employment policies. |
