| 摘 要： | 发展低碳经济是人类解决日益严峻的全球气候变暖问题的必然选择。企业作为发展低碳经济的主体,积极履行环境责任是保持持续竞争力的关键。发展低碳经济所要求的现代企业碳战略业绩评价体系建设也将推动和保障企业环境责任的实现。
