两端支承输流管道内共振条件分析

摘    要:讨论了两端支承输流管道发生内共振的条件.考虑管道变形的非线性因素,建立了两端简支的输流管道,当简支端简谐运动时的非线性运动方程.通过对其线性部分系数矩阵的分析,发现系统发生几种内共振时流速uo与质量比mi的关系.从理论上解释了流速诱发两端支承输流管道内共振的机理.

Abstract:In this paper we discuss the conditions of an internal resonance occurred in supported pipes conveying fluid.Considering the additional axial force due to pipe's lateral motion,we derive the system motion nonlinear differential equation.And we can create a matrix of the equation's linear part.After matrix analysis,we find the relationship between flow velocity and ratio of mass.The mechanism of flow-induced internal resonances in the pipe is explained theoretically.
