全尺寸栅格舵铰链力矩天平研制

摘    要:为准确获取带控制系统全尺寸栅格舵的静、动态铰链力矩数据,分析舵控系统性能,需要研制强度、刚度、灵敏度及抗电磁干扰能力均符合试验要求的风洞侧壁支撑天平。栅格舵法向力大,铰链力矩小,且试验平台限制了天平结构的长度,导致天平在载荷匹配与元件布置方面有较大难度。通过有限元分析技术优化天平结构,在适量放大铰链力矩载荷设计指标的基础上,采用法兰盘代替传统的锥连接,天平各元件串联布局等手段,成功研制出了满足试验要求的天平。试验结果显示,模型静、动态试验数据规律良好,天平的动态响应能力及对小量铰链力矩的测量满足试验需求。

Development of the hinge moment test balance for a grid fin full scale model

Abstract:In order to obtain static and dynamic hinge moment data of a full scale grid fin with controlling system, analyze capability of the rudder controlling system, a wind tunnel balance was needed to develop. The intension, stiffness, sensitive and withstanding electromagnetism in- terference capability of the balance must satisfy the test requirements. The normal force of the model was large and hinge moment was small, and the length of the balance was limited by test platform. That leads to difficult design on load matching and element disposal. Depending on fi- nite element analyzing technique, the balance was developed successfully based on zooming out the hinge moment data, using flange tray instead of wimble connection, and element in series layout. The static and dynamic results showed that the orderliness and coherence of the data were all right. The dynamic response and the small hinge moment test capability could satisfy the test re- quirement.
