大型航天器真空热试验过程管理系统设计与实现

摘    要:针对大型航天器真空热试验过程中由于试验工序复杂、参试单位接口众多、大量过程表单纸质化等原因造成试验管控难度大、试验过程数据可追溯性差的问题,基于面向服务架构(SOA),采用业务流程管理的系统化方法,通过柔性化流程引擎,设计并建立了大型航天器真空热试验过程管理系统。该系统已在我国最大的空间环境模拟器KM8完成部署,并成功应用于某重点型号热试验。运行结果表明,该系统有效提高了试验效率,实现了大型航天器真空热试验的数字化、可视化、精细化动态管控。

Abstract:In view of great difficulties of management, control and traceability of the test process data in a large-scale spacecraft vacuum thermal test caused by the complexity of the test process and the test unit interface, and a large number of printing process sheets, etc., a vacuum thermal process management system for large spacecraft is designed based on the service-oriented architecture (SOA), a systematic approach to business process management and a flexible process engine. The system is deployed in the largest space environment simulator KM8 in China, and is successfully applied to a spacecraft thermal test. It is shown that the system improves the efficiency of the test by its digitization, visualization and fine dynamic control.
