高推质比双辐板涡轮盘结构研究及光弹试验验证

摘    要:为了满足高推质比发动机的设计要求,采用渐进结构优化算法对传统涡轮盘进行了拓扑优化,确定了双辐板涡轮盘的结构形式.针对拓扑优化结果对双辐板涡轮盘进行了有限元分析和尺寸优化,使得同等应力水平下的双辐板涡轮盘比传统涡轮盘的质量降低了23.6%.通过三维旋转光弹试验验证了所提出的双辐板涡轮盘结构的合理性和相关计算的正确性.

Abstract:To meet the design requirements of high thrust-weight ratio engine, the topology optimization was carried out with the evolutionary structural optimization algorithm based on the conventional turbine disk, and the shape of twin-web turbine disk was determined. A work of the twin-web turbine disk including finite element analysis and size optimization was provided according to the results of topology optimization. And the mass of the twin-web turbine disk reduces by 23.6% compared with the conventional turbine disk at the same stress level. A rotating three-dimensional photoelastic test was carried out, verifying the rationality of the design and the accuracy of the calculation results.
