摘    要:本文用球面波多重象全息照相分析物体的机械振动,简要地讨论了球面波多重象全息三维振动分析的基本规律,介绍了用计算机控制的显微光密度计确定由测点振动引起的物光波的相位差技术,用几何光学方法推导了曲面测件图象上测点位置的修正公式,提出了提高全息振动条纹分辨率的方法.本文在15cm长度物体上至少可记录105级能分辨的全息振型条纹.

Abstract:In this paper, mechanical vibration of an object is analysed with the multiple image holography of spherical waves. The basic rule of 3-D vibration analysis by the multiple image holography is discussed concisely. A technique for measuring the phase difference of the object wave due to the vibration of measured points with microdensitometer densia eter controlled by a microcomputer is introduced herewith. A modified formula of the position of measured points in the image of the curved surface object is derived by means of geometric optics. The methods of improving resolution of holographic vibration fringe is proposed. In this paper, at least 105 distinguishable holographic vibration fringes can be recorded for the measured object of a length of 15 cm.
