粉末气溶胶抑制热喷流红外辐射数值模拟

摘    要:利用Mie理论计算获得有关气溶胶颗粒的散射特性参数,采用Fluent软件数值模拟研究粉末气溶胶环热喷流喷射对其红外辐射传输的影响特性.探讨了颗粒粒径、气溶胶喷射量、喷射速度、喷射角度对红外辐射抑制特性(3~5 μm)的影响规律.计算范围内显示:气溶胶颗粒粒径对红外辐射抑制的影响显著;热喷流外保持具有一定浓度、厚度的气溶胶层是提高红外抑制效果的有效途径.

Abstract:Both scattering and absorption of electromagnetic waves by particles are usually called the extinction. The infrared radiation of the thermojet can be suppressed by the powder aerosol. The scattering parameters are calculated by Mie theory. Thermojet infrared suppression characteristics on particle diameter ,mass flow ratio,jet velocity, and injection angle are simulated by Fluent software. The result reveals that the particle diameter and the steady surrounding flow field of the aerosol are very important to weaken IR on the certain wave band.
