定向结晶涡轮叶片可靠性分析

摘    要:本文在正交异性材料定向结晶涡轮叶片的应力有限元分析的基础上, 以一种简单的破坏模式列出了可靠度的计算方法。首先利用 Hill准则建立临界函数 (破坏函数 ), 对于多随机变量及非线性破坏函数利用二阶矩方法及 Hasofer-Lind方法找出破坏点和这种破坏模式的可靠度。并用Monte-Carlo方法予以验证。

Abstract:This paper is based on stress analysis of directionally solidified turbine blade with the Finite Element Method.The reliability analysis method with a simple failure model is proposed.The failure function is established by Hill Criterion.The second order moment method and Hasofer Lind method for multiple random variables and nonlinear failure function are used to find the failure point and reliability of the failure model.The methods are checked by Monte Carlo method.
