摘    要:立方体卫星凭借着其质轻、体积小、灵活性强等特点得到了快速发展。文章以南京理工大学研制的三单元立方体卫星为研究对象,采用有限元法对其结构进行仿真计算,验证了整星模态频率满足刚度要求。基于仿真结果对PVC板进行了合理的改进,结果显示立方体卫星3个方向的一阶频率分别提高了36.8%、14.4%和36.3%,同时改善了PVC板的振动特性,为后续整星振动试验的开展及其他立方体卫星的结构设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The CubeSat has been developing rapidly due to the advantages of light weight, small size and high flexibility. In this paper, the three-unit CubeSat developed by Nanjing University of Science and Technology is studied. The finite element method is used to simulate its structure, which verifies that the modal frequency of the structure meets the rigidity requirement. Based on the simulation results, the PVC board is improved reasonably. The primary frequencies of the CubeSat in the three orthogonal directions are increased by 36.8%, 14.4% and 36.3%, respectively. At the same time, the vibration characteristics of the PVC board are improved. The research provides a basis for the vibration test and the structural design of other CubeSats.
