| Abstract: | In this papcr,a method for spot welding of copper pieces with non-crystal solder QJY-5A or QJY-5B between them is studied,It also gives a way to adjust the temperature distribution in spot welding,by using which to reduce the melting point of the copper and raise the utilization ratio of the electrical energy in welding area.The forging process and features of the welding nucleuses in spot welding of copper pieces with solder QJY-5A or QJY-5B between them are also described. |
