推进剂/衬层脱粘J积分判据实验研究

摘    要:利用J积分方法对固体火箭发动机推进剂 /衬层临界粘结断裂能进行了试验测定 ,分析了温度和拉伸速率对断裂能的影响 ,进而结合实验测定的材料的lgRaT曲线 ,作出了的材料J1c主曲线。计算结果表明 ,拉伸速率R对粘结断裂能的影响不如温度T对粘结断裂能的影响显著。

Abstract:In this paper, critical bonding crack energy of solid rocket motor propellant/liner was tested through experiments by means of J integral method. Base on analysis of temperature and strain rate influence on crack energy, reference to curve from experiment, material master curve was given out. The result indicated that the effect of temperature (T) is more obvious than that of strain rate(R).
