| 摘 要： | 为了给一般工程问题的CFD仿真的网格划分提供参考,研究了光滑直圆管中粘性稳态等温流动在不同尺寸、不同纵横比网格情况下的CFD计算数值解的误差.采用FLUENT软件进行数值计算,应用CFD仿真验证和确认的基本方法,与精确解比较,计算了各种网格的数值计算结果的误差,得到了网格独立解的网格尺寸,给出了误差随网格尺寸变化的规律.

| Abstract: | Numerical error of CFD solution of viscous,steady and isothermal flow in glossy straight round pipe with different grid size and different grid aspect ratio was studied to supply references to grid generation of CFD for common project problem in this paper.The computation was carried out with the FLUENT software,the numerical errors were analyzed and the comparing method to exact solution was applied,which was the basic method of verification and validation of CFD.Grid size for grid-independent solution is identified,and the law of errors;change with the grid sizes is presented. |
