摘    要:建立了基于MSC.Patran/Nastran的PCL二次开发优化系统。优化分两级,第一级采用直接搜索法和正交试验法相结合优化分层厚度;第二级利用遗传算法优化铺层顺序,最终获得最佳铺层。经算例验证,该方法原理简单,易于实现,具有很强的实用性和通用性。

Abstract:A structural optimization software system is constructed through PCL(PATRAN Command Language) on the base of commercial FEM software MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN.Two steps are taken to meet the stability requirement of the composite laminate.At the first step,a combination of direct search method and orthotropic experiment method is used for optimizing the thickness of sub-layers;At the second step,the ply stacking sequence of the laminate is optimized by a genetic algorithm.As an example,a composite laminate is analyzed and optimized.The result shows that the technique has good efficiency and high divergent speed.
