境内旅行社赴台直航旅游产品经营策略研究

摘    要:大陆地区赴台湾直飞航班开通后,赴台旅游人数增长很快。但由于市场竞争的加剧和规模效应的体现,导致旅游价格大幅下降,使境内旅行社台湾游产品的游客人均利润额也出现下降。为了进一步扩大赴台旅游市场,提高人均利润额,境内旅行社有必要改变赴台直航旅游产品的经营策略。从丰富台湾旅游产品、提高赴台旅游服务质量、改善成本控制、采取多样的价格策略等几个方面对境内旅行社经营策略的优化进行了详细阐述。

Abstract:Since Chinese mainland non -stop flights to Taiwan have opened, travelers' number to Taiwan has grown very fast. But because of the scale effect and the aggravation of the market competition, tourism prices have also declined substantially, which makes tourists' per capita profits amount of Chinese Mainland agencies' Taiwan travel fall. In order to further expand the tourism market to Tai- wan, and increase the per capita profits, it is necessary for Chinese mainland travel agencies to change the management strategy. This article discusses in detail the business strategies of Chinese mainland travel agencies, from several aspects such as enriching tourism products, improving the tourism service quality to Taiwan, improving cost control, and taking a variety of price strategy.
