摘    要:通过介绍内啮合转子机构在其他领域的应用,阐述了其用于压缩机的可能性和优点,分析表明该压缩机能够承受高的压力和压差,并且具有无需平衡质量、吸气容积大以及加工方便等优点。以变态外摆线的等距线为内转子型线、多段圆弧为外转子型线为例,研究了这种压缩机的基本几何关系,包括型线的构成、内外转子的基本啮合关系、瞬心的位置、节圆的直径和外转子齿顶圆的有效啮合范围等。通过对上述几何理论的研究,为这种新型压缩机的实际应用打下一定的理论基础。

Abstract:Current applications of internal-meshing rotary mechanisms in other fields are introduced to analyze the possibility and the advantage of the internal-meshing rotary compressor.The analysis reveales that the compressor can sustain the high pressure and the high pressure difference,and has the advantages of no unbalanced mass,large swept volume,easy manufacture and so on.Adopting the inside short frame outer cycloid as the profile of the inner rotor and multi-segment arcs as the profile of the outer rotor,the essential geometric relationship of this compressor is studied including the generation of the profiles,the basic meshing properties of gears,the position of the pitch point,the radius of the pitch circles,the valid meshing range of the tooth head arc and so on.The geometric relationship establishes the fundament for the practical application of the compressor.
