MEASUREMENT FOR CONTENT OF MAGNESIUM, POTASSIUM AND CALCIUM IN MACERATION EXTRACT OF CADMIUM NICKEL BATTERY

It is a new, advanced analyzing method to measurethe content of magnesium, potassium and calcium in maceration extract using atom absorbing spectro luminosion method. This paper introduces the best measuring conditions for magnesium, potassium and calcium and the density in a well linear range. It also discusses the effects of height of compustion chamber, spectrum band and hydrochloric acid on the measurement of different elements. This study has resolve the problems about the interference of silicate and other elements on the measurement of content of magnesium, potassium and calcium. The samples have been measured for 10 times, and the standard deviations are Mg 0.708%, K 0.612%,and Ca 0.733% respectively. The rates of recovery all reach the index required in this task. The useed of the method, with high sensitivity, high analyzing precision and fast analyzing speed, has obtain a good effect in practical application.
