半导体激光准直仪设计

摘    要:根据KM6太阳模拟器光学装校系统的技术要求,文章提出了半导体激光器输出光束的两套准直方案。分别介绍了这两套技术方案的原理,并进行了比较,决定采用在激光器前加前准直光学系统的方案。介绍了准直光学系统的设计,并对所设计的光学镜头进行了像质分析;设计了与光学系统相配套的机械结构, 给出了激光光束的准直性分析。结果表明:自行设计的半导体激光准直仪,技术指标明显优于市场上可提供的光束发散角为5-8 mrad的半导体激光准直仪。为KM6太阳模拟器光学系统装校工作顺利进行提供了保证。

Abstract:To meet the technical requirements of KM6 solar simulator optical adjustment system, two kinds of schemes are put forward to collimate the semiconductor laser beam. The scheme of foreground collimating optical system is finally adopted after the principles of two technical schemes are discussed and compared. The design of the optical system, analysis of its imaging quality, the design of its mechanical structure, and analysis of the collimation character of collimated laser beam are described. The results show that the quality of the semiconductor laser collimator is better than available ones with beam angle of divergence of 5-8 mrad, and therefore, it guarantees the adjusting work of KM6 solar simulator optical system.
