摘    要:基于机械产品强度与应力干涉理论,分析计算了无人机飞控系统重要组件舵机中的位置反馈电位计耐磨可靠度和可靠性系数,估算了不同可靠度情况下的舵机的可靠工作寿命,为无人机飞控系统设计和使用维修提供依据。

Abstract:Based on the strength and stress interference theory of mechanical product,the position feedback potentiometer wear reliability coefficient of an important component of actuator for UAV flight control system is analyzed and calculated.Also the reliable working life of the steering gear with different reliability is estimated.All above is provided for design of UAV flight control system and use of repair.
